My dad's favorite holiday is Groundhog Day so I like to do a little something every holiday. Today the groundhog saw his shadow so we have six more weeks of winter.

That is so funny that Ground Hog day is his favorite holiday. Do you know why? There must be a story behind it. My friend 'Barb' as Quin calls her, got married on Ground Hog day.
I don't think the groundhog would have seen his shadow if he lived here. So, I think I will be hoping for a different weather forecast for this area.
My dad likes it because there are is nothing that you have to do for the holiday and it means that spring is just around the corner.
And if you didn't realize this, the guy in the photo with the hawaiian shirt is my dad. I cut him out and put him on that pic. Even he didn't realize that was him.
Oh brother! No, I didn't see your dad in the picture. Funny!
