My new obsession!

Help end world hunger I just found this website and I love it! Goodbye spider solitaire and hello Freerice.com! This is a site that tests your vocabulary and every word that you get right the website donates 20 grains of rice to the UN World Food program to end hunger. I did the math and it takes 19,200 grains of rice to feed a person a day. I figure if 19 of our friends donates 1000 grains of rice a day, than together we have fed a person for a day.
I love it, there are 60 different levels of vocabulary and I am obsessed with trying to get to a new level. So at least click on the link and try it out. It will help your vocabulary and help those in need.

Ok, that can be addictive. I just donated 1720 grains. This was my score, although, I don't know what it means. The top number was 36 and the bottom number was 37.

I didn't put my name on my post, because I was trying to hurry and write my score before I forgot it. Ha!

There are 60 vocabulary levels. The first 3 words they ask you determine your level and then every 3 words you get right you go up a level and then when you get a word wrong you go down a level. So your highest level is the bottom and the level you are currently on is the top. You can set your preferences about score and how they track your rice donations under options. It is totally addictive, when I am not playing, I am thinking about getting on the computer and playing.
